Here is a little bit of php code to use if you just want to get it done without all of the hoop jumping that twitter now requires you to do. Note: it's not 100% bulletproof .... but then again neither is the API, it seems.

It seems like the problem exists in the font-face definition... ensure that the font-family line does not contain the words "bold" or "regular".. Instead split the font-face definition for the family into two.

Responsive web design describes a web site's ability to change it's layout based on the screen size of the device viewing it (mobile phone, tablet pc or computer screen). It is considered an essential component of any modern website and certainly puts you at a disadvantage to large slice of the pie if you neglect either mobile or home computers in your site design. That said there are are huge number of websites that do not have responsive design and it may take a few more years yet before the majority of sites are actually up-to-date with the technology.  Its something you need to think about when deciding to create a new website or upgrading an existing website.

YESTERDAY I received 37000+ bingbot index requests to my server causing the system load to increase to 44, sending my server into heavy swap, and causing all of my client sites to become unresponsive. I was able to fix this immediately by blocking the IP address of each of the offending servers that were indexing my host.
